10 Febuary 1994, was the date his relationship with board shaping began. With over three decades of board shaping experience, Marc is one of the few people on the planet, qualified on this scale. Formally based in South Africa, the Durbanite has expanded his reach by making the move to the South Coast of Sydney, where the new HandPicked head-quarters is based. Now with the ability to let the foam fly on an international scale, Marc's drive to make the best boards in the world is greater than ever. Constantly using his vicennial of knowledge to best improve not only the art of perfecting our boards, but the materials themselves, constantly developing and always creating. 

Looking purely at the credentials, of which Marc has based his professional life, he has earned his spot as one of the globes most recognized and best board shapers. He has made boards for some of the biggest board brands on the planet, as well as the success of shaping the boards of multiple world champions.
