HandPicked Warranty Policy
HandPicked offers a 100% warranty on all factory defects, valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
When submitting a warranty claim, HandPicked reserves the right to inspect and assess the product to determine the cause of the damage. The final decision regarding any warranty claim rests solely with HandPicked management.
HandPicked will not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper handling. Such claims will render the warranty null and void.
Instances such as peeling or delamination will be carefully examined by HandPicked management to determine the cause. If the issue is confirmed as a factory defect, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Please note, the following are not covered under warranty:

Creasing of bodyboards

Damage caused by overexposure to heat

Snapped boards

External or internal damage caused by other products

Any damage incurred during self-plugging of the board
If you wish to have a board plugged, please request HandPicked or a qualified professional to perform the service. HandPicked will not cover damages caused by improper plugging. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the number and placement of stringers in their board. We encourage customers to contact us with any questions before proceeding.
Please note that colours displayed in the Visualizer App are indicative only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
Warranty claims can be submitted via info@hpbodyboards.com or through your nearest HandPicked stockist.
If a claim is lodged, customers are responsible for the freight cost of sending the product to the nearest HandPicked head office. If the claim is approved, HandPicked will repair or replace the item and cover the return shipping.
Please note: No deposit refunds will be issued on cancelled orders.
