Custom HandPicked Bodyboards

All custom HandPicked bodyboards are hand-shaped and shipped from our store and shaping bay in Caringbah, Sydney.

Custom orders have a turnaround time of approximately 6–10 weeks, depending on current order volume.

Step 01: Designing Your Custom 

Open up our visualizer app and take a look at all of our custom board options. You can see what colours match up best, what channels you like, logo options and more! Once you've settled on your favourite design, click the "order" button at the bottom of the page.



Step 02 — Submit Your Specs

Fill out the order form as best you can and hit Submit.
If you’re unsure about any selections, leave them blank — our team will contact you to confirm all details before finalising your quote.

Some colours may be limited from time to time. If so, we’ll get in touch to discuss alternatives. Our team is available throughout the process to help with advice and recommendations.





Step 03 — Payment & Production

Once we’ve reviewed your order, we’ll send you an invoice via EFT, PayPal, or Afterpay (available on our website).

Once payment is received, your custom board is confirmed and placed into the production queue.



Once you’ve completed the steps, the magic begins.

Handpicked Custom Bodyboards – Sales Terms & Conditions

1. Order Confirmation

All custom bodyboard orders placed with Handpicked Bodyboards are deemed confirmed once full payment has been received.

2. Custom Nature of Products

Each Handpicked bodyboard is individually designed and shaped to the customer’s specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, orders cannot be resold once production has commenced.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to the commencement of the shaping process.
Any cancellation made before shaping has begun will incur a $100 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the initial payment to cover administrative costs and loss of production time.

4. No Cancellations After Production Begins

Once the shaping process has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. This is due to the custom, made-to-order nature of the product.

5. Production Timeframes

Estimated production timeframes are provided as a guide only. While Handpicked Bodyboards will make every effort to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to material availability, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order specifications—including size, shape, colours, and features—are accurate at the time of order confirmation.
Handpicked Bodyboards is not responsible for errors or changes requested after confirmation.

7. Payment & Shipping

All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to shipping or collection.
Handpicked Bodyboards will not dispatch, ship, or release any order until all monies owing have been received in full.
Customers must ensure that all delivery details and contact information provided are accurate.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Handpicked Bodyboards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
